Though we have utmost confidence and trust on the Freshness and Quality of our meat, we still guarantee you a 100% refund when you see the same has been compromised when delivered. Your request for cancellation should be brought to our notice within 1 hour of delivery if it is related to the quality of the product or Inner packaging malfunctions.
Meaty Maxx reserves rights for not accepting and cancelling orders based on suspicious and inaccurate information, In case of such events we shall be notifying you on immediate basis.
Once your request for refund is approved and initiated from our end, it takes approximately 2 – 3 working days for the credit to reflect in your bank account and 5 – 7 working days with certain banks. We will notify you by a SMS or an email when the refund is processed.
Important Note : All refunds will be done through Net Banking or Cheque only in the bank account of the person who has created and paid for that order.
